The Swimming Pool is full. The Frank team is cranking this week, as we prep for Timbaland’s show in Manilla on Saturday night and Akon’s show in Durban, South Africa on Sunday night.

Alex the Plumber heads out to Manilla and CK heads to South Africa to support each show, and yes, both will be finely clad in their finest Plumber red jumpsuits.

Pepsi and Akon’s Konfidence Foundation partnered up for charity with the new song “Oh Africa” sung by Akon, Keri Hilson and the Soweto Gospel Choir. The song is featured in a music video and a series of 30 second spots, directed by Gil Green and cut by Ethan the Plumber, that premiere on television and on iTunes the night of the Grammy’s, January 31st. Also in the video are World Cup stars Didier Drogba and Diego Torress.

Frank traveled the globe shooting Akon’s latest music video for “We Don’t Care”.  Plumbing in London, Paris, Soweto and Angola, Gil Green directing, and with Frank arranging a product placement from Pepsi and taking care of edit and post production.  Soweto, the Plumbers love ya!
